I agree on all count, CO. I did have to grudgingly give Scott one break about the rental car since the police had his car. He says that the police knew he was going back to the marina. Regardless, the clothing thing should put this guy behind bars where he belongs.

Cancel that break, Bunny. They said Scott still owned Laci's Land Rover at the time. He drove his own vehicle--the Land Rover--to the rentacar place, picked up the rental car and used it, then drove it back to the rentacar place, got in his own vehicle, and went home.
