Wondering what constitutes murder vs. manslaughter in Arkansas.....????

I would say murder-they chain her up, set the fire, and left the house knowing she would burn.

Manslaughter-They chain her up as punishment, house catches fire, they cant get to her to unlock the chains.

One is intentional death, the other is not intentional.

Just a guess.
