Okay, I'm a dumbs**t...
How is the filibuster going to work? Does ONE person have to keep talking, can they pass from one to the next?
Can someone fill me in on the rules?
(Really I'm not as dumb as I post.)

I think each side alternates every 30 minutes. And if anyone falls asleep, sneaks out to the john etc, then an opportunity to sneak in some legislation could rear its ugly head. If I understand this correctly. Heck, if they understand this correctly.
