Why would the gubmint military be a good place to learn the military 'arts'?
Don't you suspect they teach the military arts about as well as they teach the Constitution?

Fair enough, but Lee Oswald was learning how to shoot in the US military at just about the same time.

I appreciate your point of reference as a means of understanding your position.
