Speaking of "former comedians", that would be a good prefix for Al Franken, whenever he's written up: "Former comedian Al Franken."

I got the album yesterday and it is very funny, not for the kiddies but it is hilarious.

Also funny was triumph smelling Jay's nose.

People should really stop making fun of John Kerry. Then he'd get no publicity at all.

Please play the clip again, for those of us without t.v.s!

You could say the same thing about John Kerry and his wife's arm.

Looks aside, the only time I remember Franken being funny was when he was still paired with Davis and was "acting" as though he had a severe brain injury.
Sadly, I think he is still doing that act, stale as it is, with overtones of spiteful troll.

Thanks, Matt! Now you're invited for Thanksgiving! I make all the traditional stuff! If you're in LA, call me!
To: Bob
i believe the act originated on "tv funhouse"

Dean's the man with the Hollyweird Left. Actually, Kucinich leads all candidates in Hollywood/entertainer endorsements (and that's not even counting carnies and drag queens).

It seems I read somewhere that Dean's gotten some of the heavy hitters in Hollyweird (Rob Reiner and Norman Lear come to mind) on board his campaign.

I was just stunned to see John Kerry on this show! I stayed up to see Triumph, but did not know Kerry was on until the show was announced at the opening. Not only did Kerry have to follow Triumph, but the opening bit on the show was Ross the gay intern playing football with women. And then Toby Keith was the closer singing "I Love This Bar." Real presidential there, John!! For sure there was nobody in that audience that gave two hoots about John Kerry or any other presidential candidate.
I can see why Kerry fired his campaign manager and let his communications director quit. That was horrible scheduling.

I would imagine Dean leads in Hollywood money since he has raised so much more than Kucinich overall.
