I don't know, CO, if they felt there was a international connection to a huge drug ring (meth), that they would want to jeopardize their case for a "domestic" situation in a "state murder" case. I believe they would take the position that local LE needed to prove their case while they (Feds) worked to stop an international drug connection. That's strictly my opinion.

Well that makes sense Sandy. I somehow do NOT think this Judge will allow a mistrial. He has seen all the sealed evidence and the autopsy photo's. Can't even feature that there isn't a way around it. Maybe Geragos could view the relevant parts. I doubt the FBI would trust him tho. So NOW thanks to Geragos, the whole world knows that Peterson was under a DEA investigation.
