Uh oh, I'm hearing on Court TV as we speak that MPD made "partial" tapes from FBI tapes.

If the MPD didn't turn them over to the DA tho, I guess they could do it now and/or the excerpts could be excluded OR I guess the DA (if they knew) could be fined.!! It's not enough to cause a mistrial.

I just asked my husband about it Sandy and he said it COULD cause a mistrial IF the Feds REFUSE to turn them over. However, Distaso says he got them on the weekend. I wonder,however, if it will kill the Feds case? They have been after more than Peterson.
