To: Chancellor Palpatine
Bottom line, he needs to drop any pretense that he has any concern for law, procedure and the orderly administration of justice.

I ascribe to "checks and balances" as much as the next person. When a tyrannical liberal court makes a bad ruling, the will of the people, through the legislature, and the executive branch, "checks and balances" the courts.

Indeed, if "Terri's Law" is ruled as being unconstitutional, the people can legally change the constitution, and MAKE it constitutional.

Bottom line: the courts DO NOT have the last say, and it is the PEOPLE who rule. That's government "of the people, by the people, for the people" - federal, state, and local. And libs are doing everything they can to usurp the peoples' power and self-rule, not only in this case, but across the board.

Yeah, but am I the only one who wouldn't want my in-laws making decisions about my wife? I think most men secretly side with Michael Schiavo.

"Bottom line: the courts DO NOT have the last say"

CP doesn't like to hear that because he's a lawyer. It takes away from his power trip.
