LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 10 Its been 80 years since Robley Rex served in the military, but he still lives like a man on a mission. The 102-year-old Rex Kentuckys oldest known veteran spends his days at the VA Medical Center in Louisville, not as a patient but as a dedicated volunteer.

You know, in a day when every citizen seems to have his hand OUT, this man stands as a beacon of decency.
He quit the army in 1922, ladies and gentlemen. He's 102 for cryin' out loud, and he cares enough to do what he can.
Don't tell me some people don't represent God on earth. This man is living proof of the opposite.

This veteran is completely on the other end of the decency spectrum from John Kerry (did you know he is a Vietnam veteran?). Thank God for Robley Rex!
