The concept means that it's illegal to give Terri Schiavo a right that others don't get. The cure for this "flaw" would logically be that the governor gets to stay ALL death orders, or even MUST stay them. I would be cool with that.

Oh, and the only one who would have standing to complain about this law would be someone (or their legal proxy) who was being denied the right in question. But that would never happen under the current system anyhow.
