Gee how can this be?

Was it not the NJ State Supreme Court that said that the Scouts couldn't discriminate that led to the SCOTUS decision?

Hasn't the diversity crowd been trying to hold high the virtuous NJ State Supreme Court decision up as being enlightened and the SCOTUS as totally oppressive and to be viewed as Neanderthal?

Doesn’t this same crowd tell all of us that youth organizations should not worry about this stuff because those having such orientations just don’t go hunting in youth organizations?

</sarcasm>

At some point judges themselves need to be held liable for the outcome of particularly offensive-to-reason judgements.
