Even Sen. Feinstein agreed that the complaints about the Patriot Acts are launched against provisions that AREN'T even in the Act. When your friendly neighborhood Liberal complains about it, ask him/her which provision bothers them. Then ask them to research the Act. Odds are they'll find there's not much to complain about.

Oh I have no doubt that if Ashcroft were exploiting the PA, we'd hear a lot more folks complaining- from both sides of the aisle- than just the leftwing nuts like Gore and Streisand.
