I am not worried about my emails being read here, so whats this goofs problem? Lets be serious, to "concede" that the regions need democratic reforms is like looking over the Sahara and saying it has a couple of grains of sand.

Wait, In the USA we tell you you may have emails read but in Kuwait they just read them and don't tell you they are reading them !
