And as Zel Miller is currently explaining so well to America, the Democratic Party is a collection of radical groups - gays, feminists, racists, environmentalists, etc. Their tenets are the underpinnings of public education. DING DING DING, WE HAVE A WINNER !! And the public schools are only interested in hiring very left wing radicals. It's so bad that only 3 out of a sample of 78 public school math teacher's in the milwaukee public schools could solve (and explain how to do it) the problem:

The MPS system actually got a 20 Million dollar grant from the national science foundation to teach their math teachers math. All the kids know about rubbers and fisting and other degenerate behaviors .. but they can't add.
