I believe this is one of the MOST serious issues of our time.
Jim, what do you suggest to energize the enormous creativity etc. of FR to help counter this great hazard? Do you see it as a serious issue?

I think it's the single most important issue facing us today and may very well determine whether or not our liberty survives another generation. The judiciary is dangerously close to being totally dominated by corrupt America hating leftist thinking. We must continue building on the Republican majority and we must hold onto the White House. The next several rounds of judicial appointments must be made from the conservative side. I'm afraid the tattered old constitution we all know and love cannot survive much more liberal abuse.

There is a movement afoot that I would REALLY enjoy hearing you all debate and investigate a little. It is called JAIL4Judges! The JAIL stands for Judicial Accountability Initiative Law. Basically, it is a movement to place a grand jury of CITIZENS in action to review any and all suspect judges' decisions, to eliminate the practice of basing a judicial decision on the others of a similar nature that have come before it, instead of on the LAWS. I have come to believe that this may be the answer, and would love to hear all of your opinions. The web site, to read more, is:
http://www.jail4judges.org or
http://www.jail4judges.net I strongly believe that this issue is at the root of almost ALL of the social ills we face. The recent comments of Justice O'Connor, about the American Justices needing to pay more attention to the International Legal decisions, is a real red flag to me. It scares me and I fully believe our time to take action and make this a turning point is limited. What do YOU think??? I find on Freep, there is always a forum of people with knowledge and candor. I believe that we can and should be a catalyst for the change that MUST happen soon.
