It appears to be a joke. It's represented as a live satellite image, but it's obviously a a single picture - AS11-44-6667 in fact.

... and whadaya mean "yep" ? Are you saying you knew this was from Apollo 11 all along, but you chose not to mention it, "which is your right as a human being," to quote Joe Bob Briggs ?
