My guess is Sean told some Pubby just who sent the copy, and it was a patriotic dem staffer (yes, there are some, and they must be suffering terribly as the clintonization/McAwfulism to their party pushs it further into the sewer of sedition) who couldn't let the democrat treachery go unexposed! Being a dem source makes the democrat outrage and bluster of 'stolen' all the more damning to the fools on the "D" side.

I keep saying this but apparently nobody is paying attention. Frist takes his orders from the President. He would not be going nuclear without an express "yes" from the President.
Nobody "changed their minds". They were just stalling until a decision was made as to what to do about the memo.
