U.S. State Department again warns of terror threat in Malaysia

The U.S. State Department on Saturday warned about risks to American citizens and interests in Malaysia, citing terrorist threats in Southeast Asia.
In a statement published on its Web site, the State Department expressed particular concern about security in the eastern state of Sabah, on Borneo island, where unidentified gunmen kidnapped six foreign workers from a resort last month.

Whenever a terrorist group is named by the State Dept. they just change their name. Individual members and those they associate with must be identified; it is a continuing work that doesn't appear to be being done very well.
I suspect that much of the problem lies in our intel putting their noses in the air despising open source material.
If we can find these people sitting on our living room couches, with our laptops, why can't they?

This is probably nothing and silly, but.....
The attack on Bali occured on 10/12/02 - exactly a year, a month and a day after 9/11.
A year, a month and a day after that, is 11/13, next Thursday.

The terrorists are all in the outer suburbs of major cities in Malaysia..the big cities like Kuala Lumpur are safe.
