How does a person who is a stay at home mom have so many transactions going on? Or has that already been asked and answered?

Someone posted that Jodi has an insurance business in her home. However, I still don't understand, either, how she has the money to make all these real estate transactions; I never heard of insurance agents making that much money, myself (don't get me wrong, they get paid well, but not exhorbitantly).
