I'm frustrated that I'm not very experienced at researching such things online. Something doesn't seem right there. It's intriguing. I have a hunch that investigating his status and activities immediately prior to getting the license would turn up something relevant and useful.

So there was about a weeks time inbetween receiving the nursing license and then filing the suit?
