Don't you think it is odd that Michale S. ended (in Terri's case tries to end) the lives of the three persons closest to him -- his parents and his wife? And his mother was not old. It makes me wonder how all three ended up needing a feeding tube in the first place.
This reminded me of the Michael Peterson murder case. A great deal was made of the fact that two women last seen in his company both died the same way -- an alleged fall from the stairs and both were initially dismissed as accident. Questions weren't raised about the first case until some 18 years later when a second woman died in exactly the same way.
