Will browse for that date but given the massive number of threads, who knows when I'll find it. :)

I have a vague idea the cremation expense was approved after the trial in 2000, which would mean the promissory note is for something else.

Google for "terri schiavo cremation" ~ 4th Article down, at least on my Google, is Terri Schiavo Refused Canadian Asylum, Denied Last Rites ... gives a mention of immediate cremation.
