Wouldn't the promissory note mean Michael owes Terri? i.e., the trust fund lent him money, and the note represents his promise to pay? Sure, but he hasn't been held accountable for years....

To answer your question, No clearly the trust owes Michael the $$. See how it is listed as and expenditure?
This is why when i was posting I was careful to say the Promisorry Note where Terri owes Michael. There is still something fishy about that. Thre is a story behind that.
