I have been saying that for a long time. I also think that because Felos has had access to some of the money as a result of Schiavo having the okay to use it for legal costs, that there may be some untoward investment schemes in play as well. I would love to see someone dig up some information on that. Perhaps a little more investigation into Felos and his associates would be in order.

I have no doubt something has gone on with Terri's funds that are, if not outright illegal, unethical, as pertains both to an attorney and a guardian ad litem.
