Doubtful. I can't see either Thomas or Scalia suffering this law which is in clear violation of the Constitution as they did not suffer other laws that happen to be liberal in result. Thomas and Scalia are not liars. If they were to judge in favor of this law despite all their past rulings against Federal Power- it would negate everything they stand for. This will be struck down and properly so. But they will do it in a concurring opinion and not be with the majority. And it will be highly scathing.

....because it is unconstitutional to protect the innocent in this country? Isn't that what the Constitution says the government is for.......to protect the citizens??
