Should there be a law in every state against all forms of adultery (vaginal, anal, oral, manual, aural, emotional, and imaginary) and other deviant sex?

Thats a hell of a question.. It has become quite obvious that since SHAME is a missing trait in some households, perhaps Laws should replace it!
As for DEVIANT SEX, yes I do believe there should be LAWs against all forms of perverted same sex activities.. Is that clear enough?

The Bible considers all sex after a divorce to be adultery (except in the case of adultery)? Just where do you want to draw the moral line for these laws? Do you want to outlaw second marriages unless the previous spouse can be proven to have engaged in adultery? Is deciding questions like this the best way for our courts to spend their time?

Matthew 19:8-9
Jesus replied, "Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard. But it was not this way from the beginning. I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, and marries another woman commits adultery."
