Islam's appeal is exactly that - it's a complete religious and political system that means never having to think again. And you get to kill anybody who doesn't agree with you.

And that is why I believe so many in prision who have animosity toward western society convert to Islam.

Nothing trumps God's approval of your hating and killing the Infidels,especially the ones who put you in jail. Thanks to Allah there is justice after all in a society that doesn't understand you and your criminal behavior.-Tom

Peter Hitchens wrote a brilliant book a few years back: The Abolition of Britain: From Winston Churchill to Princess Diana which disects in great detail the decline of that once great country. In my opinion, Britain will ultimately be split betweent the hooligans and the Islamics.

I think "Culture" is a key word, when one looks at Public Schools and Public Places, Christian displays are discouraged or even outlawed, while other religions are allowed or even encouraged to be on display, apparently because they are a "Cultural" tradition or something like that???

I watched on TV with interest the anti-Bush protests in England this past week and was struck by how many middle eastern faces (forgive my profiling) were prominent among the most determined protestors.

What say FReepers, does this article have even more energy after this past week than it did before, on Nov 2? ...rto
