"Staud said the U.S. Marshals Service was instrumental in "tracking Humphreys for us during his flight through electronic means through the vehicle he was driving, I believe a Jeep Cherokee." Staud refused to provide details. "I'm not getting into specifics on how it was done." I'd bet twenty it was a cell phone, probably a Nextel with the radio. Most newer models come with gps locator transmitters.
