Meanwhile, shell-shocked Commerce Committee staffers were frozen in place with absolutely no idea what to do next...

Life Dynamics is being too kind to the Commerce Committee with that 'shell shocked' description. Greenwood is a Commerce Committee wheel and you can bet he had his fingers in how this hearing proceeded.
Oh yeah, the hearing was about selling baby body parts.
