The Pretrial Hearing continues tomorrow, and will probably go until sometime next week, according to what I've heard on CTV.

At it's conclusion, the judge will decide whether to proceed with a trial.

Breathless Rita's Sources (FNC) tell her that the trial will likely go forward and will likely be held in March or May.
