Cloe I recall early on in this case that the MPD stated that No charges would be filed in the Peterson "break in" because it was noted that the person had permission to have access to the home.

Thanks, I think I remember hearing that too. I was assuming she would have had a limited access - but I guess she knew the house well.
I think have to stop assuming things!
