Schiavo Case: The ACLJ has filed an amicus brief on behalf of Robert and Mary Schindler, parents of Terri Schiavo, the brain-damaged woman at the center of a dispute over whether she should live or die. We are asking the court to affirm the constitutionality of "Terri's Law," which allowed Florida Governor Jeb Bush to order that the feeding and hydration tubes keeping Terri alive be reinserted.
