Hopefully it is a false positive. Otherwise it could again be tragic, but may also help identify the perps and the source.

Yesterday, I wondered if this could have been the sterilized training/testing product the Army calls "simulant" , but it occurred to me later, ALL mail addressed to the federal government is sterilized with radiation when it reaches the main handling facilities, such as Anacostia.
If particles were detected in air samples,the product, whether "regular" or "de-caf",was aerosolizing from a sealed envelope;meaning it was, or it simulated "weapons-grade" anthrax ; which, in turn, means there's still some of that stuff out there.
