You absolutely need to include the crime rate for all felonious crimes per 100,000 to be compared with this "crime rate" of Foridian CCW permit holders.

Feel free to post the info if you have it and to explain what you think it means. From your post, I am not sure whether you are challenging the data in the quote or trying to support it.

Need to get the numbers right not 1/100 of 1%. It is less.

It is 22/250000 equals .000088 percent
