Seriously, this does add credence to the red moon stories going around.
I'm really concerned about next Tuesday....11/9 that is the start of the double eclipse.
SPLITTING OF THE MOON SURA 54, THE FULFILLMENT OF TWO GREAT PROPHESIES Sura 54 is entitled, "The Moon" and starts right away by giving us the news about the splitting of the moon as a sign of the end of the world. It is interesting to know that of all the available translations of the Quran , it was only Dr. Khalifa's translation that pointed to the fulfillment of this prophecy and pointed exactly to the mathematical miracle of the Quran and its relation to the splitting of the moon.
Let us focus on verse [54:1]: “The moon has split and the hour has drawn closer”
Here is Dr.Khalifa’s footnote on the verse is very interesting and enlightening: “ This important sign of the approaching end of the world came to pass in 1969 when humans landed on the moon and brought pieces of the moon to earth. At the same time, God’s mathematical Miracle was being gradually unveiled. Traditional Muslims opposed it, since it exposed the fallacy of their practices.”
It is also important to remind the reader of the fact that the word "Al-Qamar" which means "THE Moon" that is used in 54:1 is the 19th "Al-Qamar" in the whole Quran (out of 26 occurrences). This links this incidence immediatley to the 19 based mathematical miracle of the Quran. Notice that the 27th occurrece of the the word "moon" talk about "a moon ", not "THE moon".
