Bearden is a total moron. He has no clue about the Poynting Vector and gets very confused (ie. makes bogus yet grandiose claims). My favorite is his "Heaviside Dark Energy" garbage. Uh, doofus Bearden, the energy flows parallel to the wires connected to the load but converges into the load! Another gem is his infinite energy machine composed of a charged capacitor and a magnet. Yeah, there's a non-zero Poynting Vector, but that doesn't mean the machine is "pouring out energy". A simple simulation would show that the Poynting Vector circulates around the device - there is no "infinite supply" of energy coming from it.
Bearden must have been very confused as a child. When he saw a carousel at the carnival he must have thought it was supplying an infinite amount of wooden horses.
