Influential Pentagon adviser Richard Perle said on Thursday that Iran was "up to its eyeballs in terrorism" and the United States should quietly be encouraging a democratic revolution from within.

we are encouraging democracy through radio waves. As soon as we were in Iraq, the CIA set up. We have to remember the younger generation of Iran is about to take over. Granted, it may be a couple of years, but it will happen.
