I guess there is no connection between how a country treats POWs and how it treats it's own citizens? All hype and propaganda to you - I have the highest regard for Lynch and her will to serve. I think that "rape rooms" and Iraqi torture chamber have been hyped to the public in order to buttress support for the war, yes. To say something is hype doesn't mean there is no truth to it. It just means a lot of noise is being made about it for a reason.

I have the highest regard for Lynch and her will to serve. That is no hype.

Or for any other American servicemen and women, no doubt. I don't know why that should change just because the Army brass and some in the media have hyped this story for their own reasons.
