Maybe Cochran's civil practice isn't turning out to be as lucrative as he thought it would be.
I suspect it isn't which explains why he moved to NY and has a local commercial to call 1-800 blah blah. Don't recall the full name of his firm. When I saw the ad, my first reaction to his handling civil cases was conscience, but then immediately came to my senses. I guess if that fails, his book (which LK plugs every opportunity), is something he hopes he can fall back on.
