At least the transcript of Brocchini's testimony ought to be up tomorrow. There seems to be a lot of new stuff in it.

I also want to see the cable shows tonight. First, Jackie-O is going to call in to Larry King and address Chris Pixley. Also, I hope to hear more about this fax business. It is beginning to seem like he tripped himself up in some very blatant way while talking to them about the fax. It's one thing when his stories contradict what others say; it's far more damning when he contradicts himself!

I have no idea what the prosecution has so can't predict,but Scott has colored my opinion of his guilt with his own demeanor,words and actions.The bodies washing up near the "fishing" spot is of,course the most damning.
