Before Laci disappeared?

A great deal has been made of motive. Yet what has struck me in hearing about the Michael Peterson case and two cases involving highly respected physicians who all were convicted of killing their wives: at best there was a weak motive, no clear-cut motive was established.

In the case of a prominent medical examiner from Florida, there was another woman (the wife didn't know about her) and apparently the doctor didn't want to pay alimony to his wife of some 30 years who thought they had a happy marriage.

Greta just mentioned this on Fox News. All she said was that the Enquirer has a report that Scott gave jewelry to Amber. Any details from the NE article that you have would be appreciated.
