You got me there! I think he did! BUT remember he said to the police that the electricity was out. Wonder when he was claiming the electricity went out?
Maybe the significance of the fax story was not whether he could have seen the fax, but that it couldn't have happened the way he said it did. Inconsistencies in his various statements, I mean. ?

Just thought of something, if the power was out that nite, wouldn't it have also been out that day??? How do you receive a fax if your power is OUT?
