Supposedly Scott was calling MPD at 3 a.m. Christmas morning. I guess it wasn't too long after he must have gotten back from giving them that VIDEOTAPED STATEMENT I heard (on this thread) he gave.

In his call at 3 a.m., supposedly he had missed his pistol and was wanting to know if they had it. (Look for Geragos to say they had no right to take it. Hah!)

Could Scott have been contemplating blowing his brains out? Why was he suddenly looking for his pistol?

Right, why would he be looking for the pistol at 3AM, and why did he not mention the pistol earlier?? But I don't think Snotty was looking to off himself, too much sex to be had, and now he was free as a bird. Maybe he was looking for it to alter evidence, wipe the gun down.
