Who knows when the state itself got hold of the tapes from the FBI? They don't have to turn it over until they get it themselves! And then, they are given a reasonable amount of time. There is a lot of time btw now and the TRIAL of this case.

And they say they already DID give it to the defense. Remember how the defense complained about mountains of evidence? The state did a "document dump" on them. Good for the state!
