The legal counter-punch would try to prove Peterson had no reason to kill for Frey, a 28-year-old massage therapist, because he was happy just running around behind Laci's back, according to defense sources and others familiar with their strategy. I believe it was the baby that interfered with his "sexual problem" (serial adultery). That was what was different. He didn't want to be a father, didn't want to be "tied down". Having a wife didn't stop him, but having a wife and baby making more and more demands on his time and attention would have been a serious aggravation to his social life.

I don't think they have enough to convict him beyond a reasonable doubt. Cats and dogs to scrunch up rugs. A hair on some plyers with out blood really scratching the barrel's bottom. There is no mention of blood found any-where.
Do I think in my gut he did it? Yes! But gut feelings don't make evidence and I think the evidence presented publically thus far is still very sketchy!
