Pray to God in Heaven for Colonel West's welfare. Then make yourself an instrument in God's hands to answer those prayers by doing all of the following:
1) Contact your congressional reps and senators.
2) Ask relatives, friends and neighbors to do the same.
2) Write editorials.
4) Start email chains advocating all of the above.

What can we do to help Colonel West now? If each of us calls the White House, our Senators, and Representative, it would help. If they get enough calls they will apply lots of pressure to the Pentagon.
