LOL! The FOX morning guys were saying that Rockerfeller's protestations of the memo being a draft which was probably taken out of a waste basket .. was just to cover up his guilt. I believe Shakespeare said, "thou protesteth too much".

As for a repub taking the memo out of a wastebasket, that is in and of itself ludicrous. Having been to the congressional offices myself, NO REPUB WOULD BE ALLOWED INSIDE A DEM'S OFFICE and be allowed to pilfer anybody's waste basket. Durbin's charge is stupid!
