Gotta agree, whats the harm in letting her parents take care of her. Oh wait, she might get better and someone might go to jail.

For anyone who might have missed this quote from another thread, apparently someone who was in the courtroom said that this was Judge Greer's words:

"Michael, no way am I going to dismiss their lawsuit, furthermore you need to come back into court and answer two of their claims. Tell the court #1 how you have provided good medical care for her, #2 why you don't have a conflict of interest because you are fooling around with another woman."

I think Mikey may have some 'splainin' to do, you reckon?
