Maybe conservatives should consider providing a primary opponent to Bush. Bush has really left the reservation on domestic spending, and that could ultimately undermine the economy after the election, leading to Democrat triumph in 2006 and 2008. We can play the role of loyal opposition rather than spoiler and get the message to the Rove 'strategerists' that they need to think beyond winning the next election.

No modern-day incumbent president who has faced a serious primary challenge from his own party has survived to be re-elected.

maybe you should go back to buchannan and perot. Presidnet Bush has cut taxes 3 times, he has made the military tougher. If you don't like the spending just notice that it is the republicans that have increased spending over his budget. wrie your congressman dont shoot the party in the foot with another 92.
