"I pray every night that Terri will be put down." "I pray that Terri will be treated with dignity and starved to death."
I really resent your pompous comments - what gives you the right to tell me how to pray.
To: Graymatter
I simply cannot understand how some can declare there is a "lack of dignity" to keep Terri alive. And there is "dignity" to painfully starve her to death.
There are many issues here, including her husbands frantic efforts to kill her but refusal to divorce her. Reminds me of husbands who murder their wives rather than divorce them.

That's what you'd be saying, in essence, to God. We ain't telling you what to pray, we are telling you what your prayer means. And God won't be amused.

Now your telling G-d what to think....Amazing. Not just pompous but stupid - and stupid is forever.
To: CHUCKfromCAL
We aren't telling God what to think, silly; we know what God thinks from what He told us in His word, Mr. upchuck-from-californication.

"Groups with different moral values?"
What a quaint way of putting it, considering we're talking about such a "sweet, thoughtful" husband like Michael - who had her two cats killed and melted her wedding rings down to make himself a custom ring, after her "episode." Whatta guy!
Yeah. I'd say he has "different moral values," and he should certainly be the sole determiner of her medical outcome. /sarcasm

They have been taken over by obsession. Seems to me the husband has been taken over by his obsession to get rid of his wife in a merciless killing. The Schindlers love their daughter and are only and not to have her starved to death.
It would seem the husband's of his own.
And many of us here are obsessed that Terri not be treated worse than any animal. You can't starve animals to death in this country, but you can starve people. Some people even get feeding tubes for their pets, but I'll wager that a lot of these same people would want to yank Terri's feeding tube because she is a waste of time and money and is a worthless piece of human garbage because she can't contribute anything to society like lap dancing.
I can't believe the callousness of the "you must die" crowd.

"It would seem the husband's of his own" should have read in my previous post "It would seem the husband's lawyer has a few unhealthy obsessions of his own."
